Coral Springs

Coral Springs has a spread-out observant community anchored by multiple Chabad centers across the city, a full-service kosher market, and a mikvah — with good schools and suburban space.

Kosher markets

  • Coral Springs Fooderie Market · Full-service ORB-certified kosher market

Kosher dining

  • Le Cafe Aria · Kosher dairy café — coffee, bourekas, shakshuka

Coral Springs spreads the observant community across several neighborhoods — Chabad of Coral Springs is the main hub at N University Dr (with the mikvah on campus), while Chabad NW, SW, Spanish Center, and NE serve the city’s different quadrants. The Fooderie Market and Le Cafe Aria make day-to-day kosher living practical.

The area is more suburban and spread out than Boca or Delray, but generally more affordable. Day schools require a commute. Families drawn to larger homes and quieter streets find Coral Springs a strong option. Parkland (adjacent, to the north) is also worth exploring.
