An eruv covers this neighborhood.
Live eruv status on EruvFinder ↗Pico-Robertson is LA’s answer to the Five Towns — dense, walkable, and self-contained. Pico Boulevard is lined with shuls from Beverly Hills to Beverlywood: Beth Jacob (claiming to be the largest Modern Orthodox congregation west of the Mississippi), YICC, Adas Torah, Anshe Emes, Chabad Pico, and Congregation Mogen David (Sephardic). Robertson Boulevard adds more shuls and a kosher restaurant row.
Elat Market and Glatt Mart handle the grocery needs; Jeff’s Gourmet Sausage Factory is a community institution for meat; Pat’s Restaurant handles the steakhouse crowd. YULA Boys and Girls campuses both sit on Pico, and Hillel Hebrew Academy is just north on Olympic. The LA Community Eruv covers the entire neighborhood.
Note: the LA Community Eruv is one of the world’s largest, bounded roughly by the 405 and 10 freeways. Check current status at laeruv.com or call 877-Eruv-Info before Shabbat. Always confirm with your local rav.
