The Forest Hills–Rego Park Eruv posts its status by phone on Fridays, and it connects to the Kew Gardens Hills Eruv via Jewel Avenue only.

What it covers
The Queens Jewish Center, which publishes the boundaries but does not own or maintain the eruv, lists them clockwise from the top as the Long Island Expressway service road, the Grand Central Parkway service road, Union Turnpike, the abandoned LIRR track south of Metropolitan Avenue (a newer extension) and Woodhaven Boulevard. Its map is dated 2021.

- Sidewalks on the boundary streets may or may not be inside the eruv.

- You can carry between this eruv and the Kew Gardens Hills Eruv only via Jewel Avenue (not 69th Road), and only when both are up.
- The Kew Gardens Eruv is a separate eruv again; the QJC page describes the Austin Street underpass and the Markwood Place–Park Lane crossing as the connections to it.
