What it covers

Completed in June 2025, the Grand Eruv links the local eruvin of Hampstead, Côte-Saint-Luc, Montréal West, NDG, Snowdon, De Vimy and Outremont into a continuous citywide eruv, while each local eruv keeps its independence. It was built through the collaboration of rabbis of the Ashkenazi, Chasidish, Chabad, yeshivish and Sephardic communities.

As of Shabbat July 25, 2026, one may cross Décarie Boulevard on all cross streets, including Côte-Saint-Luc Road and Monkland, and use Décarie between Édouard-Montpetit and Côte-Sainte-Catherine in both directions.

Outside the eruv

Named by the eruv as outside it. Not a complete list — check the official map.
