The honest picture: there is no kosher dining or grocery within the city limits. The nearest options are in Cooper City and Hollywood, both a drive. Families here plan their shopping around trips out of the city, and many make a weekly run toward Hollywood or further south.

It is car-dependent and spread out, and it is not the right fit if walkability matters to you — the denser Broward and Miami-Dade communities are the better comparison in that case.
